Ok, so getting into the computing bit of this website now, so it's up and running and people can see it.

Just wanted to say that there seem to be more and more dangerous bits of driving that I notice on the road. Is it just me being more aware of it, or is it actually the case that people drive better or worse at different times of year or day?

I know that the number of road deaths is at an all-time low, but is that just because the roads are too crowded to build up enough speed to kill anyone?
